Why is bone health important?
There are 206 bones in the human adult body. Over 1 million Australians have osteoporosis. 66% of people aged 50 years and over have osteoporosis or osteopenia. There are over 173,000 broken bones each year due to poor bone health.
In this free information night, accredited dietician Kate Feely and BGC resident strength and conditioning coach Matt Winkley are going to provide you with actionable tools relating to bone density from a nutrition and exercise approach.
