Nine & Dine Your Valentine

The Brisbane Golf Club will host its annual Nine & Dine to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Friday, 10 February 2023.

Our Executive Chef, Micheal Garry will prepare a delightful menu for all to enjoy.

This is a wonderful opportunity to spoil your special person and also enjoy the last few nights of the Summer.

Before dinner you can enjoy 9 holes of golf from 3pm.

PRICE: Golf and Dinner $75 for Members or $85 for Non Members | Dinner only is $70 for Members or $80 for Non Members.

Your menu for the evening will be as follows:

Starters

Ravioli

Lobster tail, basil pasta, with roast pumpkin, ginger puree, confit onion, lemon balm leaf

Terrine

Smoked chicken, wild mushroom, truffle infused jus, with fig balsamic reduction, raisin chutney, salad, garlic points

Mains

Lamb

sous vide, herb crusted, with rusty root vegetable tomato ragout, grilled broccolini and a reform sauce

Blue eye cod

Pan seared with board bean, green pea, Parisienne fondants potato, a light cream dill velouté

Dessert

Tiramisu

Biscuit, mascarpone, Kahlua, coffee, coca, mixed berries

Chocolate Fondant

Warm chocolate lava pudding with honey comb ice cream and hazelnut praline
