David Finlayson is the Culinary Director of Howard Smith Wharves. This event will be David’s sixth at The Brisbane Golf Club. He has previously provided his culinary expertise at our 125 Year Anniversary Dinner, two previous Evenings with David Finlayson events and two Yum Cha events.
