The One Hundred and Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of The Brisbane Golf Club will be held in the Tennyson Room of the Clubhouse, Yeerongpilly on Saturday, 9 December 2023 at 6:00pm.
Business
- Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements.
- The election of the Auditor.
- To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the below motion.
- Considering any other business properly brought before the meeting.
- To declare the Office-Bearers and Committeepersons for the ensuing year.
Explanation
The Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements is available by clicking on the link below. Printed copies will be available for collection at the AGM or following the meeting from the Club’s Office.
Motions will be decided by Life Members, Full Members, Provisional Members and Senior Members present on the night of the meeting.
Members are invited to join the Committee afterwards for light refreshments in the Member’s Lounge.
