Expression of Interest – Golf Shop Builders

Since the unfortunate loss of our golf shop in a fire in late November 2023, we have diligently collaborated with our insurers and project manager to initiate the re-building process.

I am pleased to report that this project is progressing well, and we are gearing up to enter the tender phase to select a builder. The insurance company has agreed that Members who are qualified builders with experience on like projects can be considered in the tender process for the building works.

We take this opportunity to invite interested Members to put forward an expression of interest.

Following the closure of the expressions of interest the Club, in collaboration with our insurers and project manager, will create a shortlist of potential builders for the tender process. A formal evaluation process will then be implemented with the final recommendation made by the project manager. Based on this recommendation, the Committee will make the final decision.
