Internet Outage
The Club’s internet provider, Exetel has had an fibre outage across Brisbane today.
This means that the Club’s internet connection is only working intermittently. This impacts our phones, point of sale and Eftpos. In most instances purchases are still able to be completed but are delayed.
Fortunately our golf booking system is working, but we havent been able to process competition fees or prizes. We will do this as soon as we are able to.
At this stage we do not have a timeframe for reinstatement. We are in regular contact with our IT support provider and Exetel.
During this period if you do need to urgently contact the Club please call or text my mobile on 0411 412 666. Alternatively you can send an email to geoff@brisbanegolfclub.com.au or other depatment managers via email.
