Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The 128th Annual General Meeting of The Brisbane Golf Club will be held in the Tennyson Room of the Clubhouse, commencing at 6.00pm Wednesday, 11 December 2024.
Agenda
1. Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements.
2. Election of the Auditor.
3. Consideration of Motion 1.
4. Consideration of any other business properly brought before the meeting:
• The current condition of and future direction for the Club’s greens.
The President and the Course Superintendent will discuss this important matter.
5. Declaration of the election of the Office-Bearers and Committee General Members.
The Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements is available by clicking on the link below. A printed copy will be available at the AGM and some hard copies will be available following the meeting from the Club’s Office.
Motions will be decided by Life Members, Full Members and Senior Members present on the night of the meeting. Please note that due to the size of the documents associated with Motion 1, hard copies of the Rules will not be available at the meeting.
All Members are invited to join the Committee for light refreshments after the meeting in the Member’s Lounge.

Proposed by the Committee
That Rules 1 to 49 (inclusive) of The Brisbane Golf Club Inc. be rescinded and the following Rules added to take effect upon registration pursuant to section 48 of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981.
