In 1997 our executive chef, Gillian Hirst become the first and only Australian ever to compete on Iron Chef Japan. Her battle against Japanese Iron Chef, Komei Nakamura took place in the famed Fuji studios in Tokyo. Join Gillian as she recreates a stunning battle-inspired menu and shares the true story of what really happened behind the scenes of Kitchen Stadium.
