We are pleased to invite you, and your friends and family, to a special Introduction to Meditation Workshop.
Led by registered psychologist and BGC Member, Nick Campbell, this two-part workshop will delve into the ancient practice of meditation and examine its relevance and benefits in today’s fast-paced world. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is designed to challenge common assumptions and provide practical, hands-on experience.

- Scientific insights into meditation’s effects
- Debunking common myths
- Guided practice in various meditation techniques
- Exploring meditation’s value in a golfing context

DATE: Wednesday, 3rd and 10th September
TIME: 6:30pm – 8:30pm (please be seated by 6:25pm)
LOCATION: The Brisbane Golf Club | The Tennyson Room
COST: The workshop is being provided at no cost to Members.
REFRESHMENTS: Complimentary refreshments including tea and coffee and sandwiches will be provided. The bar will also be open to purchase beverages.

About the Presenter
Nick Campbell is a registered psychologist with training from the Mindfulness Training Institute – Australia and New Zealand. He incorporates meditation into both his professional work and personal life and is passionate about making its benefits accessible to all.
