Team Announcement – Round 2 vs RQ
The Brisbane Golf Club will travel to Royal Queensland Golf Club this Sunday, 20 July for its Round 2 match in the 2025 BDGA Division 1 Pennants season.
BGC will be looking for their first win of the season after being defeated by Indooroopilly Golf Club away last Sunday. RQ will be looking for back-to-back wins after defeating the recently promoted Pacific Golf Club.
While able to win the Juniors and tie in the Opens last weekend, this week the contribution of the Masters will be critical to the overall result against RQ. The same Masters’ squad has been announced with three of the squad featuring in this week’s winning Seniors Team’s Challenge team.
Both BGC and RQ are expected to be at full strength for the match. BGC defeated RQ away in Round 1 at RQ, 15-6 and again the home match, 14.5-6.5.
