We are delighted to share that Executive Chef, Gillian Hirst has launched two new seasonal menus making our Club the ideal setting for your next lunch, festive celebration or private gathering. Whether you’re hosting a Christmas function, planning a leisurely lunch, or simply looking to enjoy a memorable meal with fellow Members, we now offer a dining experience to suit every occasion.
The Member’s Lounge Menu
Available Wednesday to Sunday | 11:30am – 2:30pm
Chef Gillian has curated a refined and flavourful menu for our Members Lounge that celebrates seasonal produce and elegant technique.

Bookings are essential for the Lounge Menu and can be made via email at geoff@brisbanegolfclub.com.au or by calling me on 0411 412 666. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice, but if you’re planning a last-minute visit, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

The Club Menu – Garden Room & Outdoors
Available 7 Days a Week from 10:30am
Until 5:30pm on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
Until 2:30pm other days
Perfect for a casual catch-up or a well-earned meal after golf, the new Club Menu offers relaxed yet delicious dining in the Garden Room or on the terrace.
