Nine & Dine: Chinese New Year
Kick off 2026 in style with our first Nine & Dine of the year, celebrating the vibrancy and symbolism of Chinese New Year. Members will enjoy a relaxed afternoon on the course with nine holes of golf, followed by an evening of festive dining that brings together tradition, flavour, and good fortune. It’s the perfect way to welcome the year ahead balancing great golf with exceptional food and company.
Dinner has been especially curated by our Executive Chef, Gillian Hirst, showcasing a menu rich in flavour and meaning.
The evening will begin with our Prosperity Salad, a centrepiece of any Lunar New Year celebration. Featuring prawns, salmon, citrus, mixed leaves, herbs, vegetables, and plum vinaigrette, this dish symbolises abundance and success. True to tradition, guests are encouraged to toss the salad together while sharing well wishes the higher the toss, the greater the prosperity promised for the year ahead.
PRICE: Dinner and Golf $100 for Members or $110 for Non Members | Dinner only is $95 for Members and $105 for Non Members.
BOOKINGS: Pre-paid bookings are essential. Two timesheets are open. One for golf and one for dinner. If you are playing golf and having dinner you need to add your name to each of the timesheets.

Prosperity Salad

Signifying abundance, this dish is the hallmark of any Lunar New Year feast. Guests gather around, chopsticks poised, ready to toss the salad while exchanging good wishes. The higher the toss, the more prosperous the year ahead.
