Membership Update – Waitlist Reopened & Entrance

I am pleased to provide you with an update regarding membership at The Brisbane Golf Club.

Following the strong demand for membership over the past year, the Club is excited to announce that we have now opened and cleared the waitlist that commenced in April 2025. As a result, our Full, Six Day and Transition membership categories have once again reached capacity. This continued interest in the Club is a wonderful reflection of the strength of our community and the quality of the golf and member experience we all enjoy.

With these categories now full, the Club has recommenced its waitlist and is again accepting new waitlist applications for Full, Six Day and Transition membership. As a new waitlist has begun, we felt it appropriate to let existing members know of a couple of opportunities.

Firstly, if you are considering upgrading your membership category at the next renewal date of 30 September 2026, we recommend that you place your name on the waitlist now. Doing so will help ensure that we are able to process your upgrade when the time comes. If you register your interest within the next week or two, we can position your name high enough on the waitlist to provide the best opportunity of guaranteeing your upgrade.

Secondly, this also presents a great opportunity for any prospective new members you may know to join the waitlist before it grows significantly. If you have friends, family or colleagues who have expressed interest in joining the Club, please encourage them to contact me directly.

Members may also wish to note that the Club’s entrance fee will increase from $11,000 to $12,000 effective 1 May Any new applicants who join the waitlist before 1 May will secure the current entrance fee of $11,000, representing a saving of $1,000.
