Nine & Dine: Soirée Française
Join us for the second Nine & Dine of the year as we celebrate the elegance and flavours of France with a Soirée Française ‘French Evening’ on Friday, 1 May. Members and guests will enjoy a relaxed afternoon on the course with nine holes of golf, followed by a beautifully curated French-inspired dining experience.
Our Executive Chef, Gillian Hirst and her team will be at her very best, presenting a classic menu that showcases the richness and refinement of French cuisine. Expect an evening of exceptional food, great company and a touch of Parisian flair.
The evening will begin with a classic Pork Rillette, served with cornichons and crusty bread, a traditional French charcuterie that captures the rustic charm of French dining. Rich, slow-cooked pork is delicately seasoned and preserved in its own fat, creating a silky spread that pairs perfectly with sharp pickles and fresh bread. This timeless dish sets the tone for the evening, inviting guests to slow down, share, and savour the simple pleasures that define French cuisine and convivial dining.
PRICE: Dinner and Golf $125 for Members or $135 for Non Members | Dinner only is $120 for Members and $130 for Non Members.
BOOKINGS: Pre-paid bookings are essential. Two timesheets are open. One for golf and one for dinner. If you are playing golf and having dinner you need to add your name to each of the timesheets.
