The Brisbane Golf Club is pleased to announce a new reciprocal arrangement with Lonsdale Links.

Founded in 1921, Lonsdale Links is located within the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula region in Point Lonsdale. According to Golf Australia Magazine, Lonsdale Links is the latest addition to the list of ‘must play’ layouts in Victoria.

The course was re-opened in December 2021 following an impressive and extensive remodelling. Ogilvy, Cocking & Mead designed the course as a deliberate throwback to an earlier age with template holes throughout to make it a nostalgically challenging yet fun course, unique to Australia. Interestingly it is only one of a few courses to have square greens.

To play at Lonsdale Links a letter of introduction is required. Letters of introduction can be obtained by emailing Reece McRae, Assistant Director of Golf via reece@brisbanegolfclub.com.au.
