ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS AND COMMITTEE (members)
Pursuant to Rule 21(i)
NOTICE is hereby given that nominations may now be made for candidates as Office Bearers and Committee Members for the year commencing Sunday, 11 December 2022.
Rule 21(ii) Nominations must be made in writing, signed by two members, being either Life Members, Full Members, Senior Members or Provisional Members of two or more years’ standing in the Club entitled to vote (with the nominee’s written consent thereon or attached thereto) and delivered to the Chief Executive Officer at least twenty-one (21) clear days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting and the Chief Executive Officer, upon closing of nominations shall post the names on the notice board at the clubhouse together with the names of their respective proposers and seconders;
Rule 21(iii) All nominees shall be Life Members, Full Members or Senior Members of two or more years’ continuous Life, Full or Senior Membership in the Club at the date of nomination for election and entitled to vote;
