Committee News

I wish to inform the Membership that Committee Member, Trevor Pask, has resigned from the Committee. Trevor has served on the Committee since the 2021 AGM. He has been a valued member of the Finance, Audit and Governance Sub-Committee as well as the Member Services’ Sub-Committee. His service and commitment to the Club in these areas has been outstanding and he has always wished the best for the Club and its Membership.

Trevor has decided that while he has similar goals for the Club’s future, his ideas may be divergent from the Committee in terms of the path that it is taking. Hence, he has taken the decision to stand down to ensure that the Committee has clean air to continue its current business plan. I appreciate greatly Trevor’s honesty and integrity.

I am sure all Members will join with me and thank Trevor for his voluntary service to The Brisbane Golf Club. I will also keep Members fully informed of any changes to the Committee structure over the coming weeks.
