How to Download

If you have an Apple device, click here to download the new BGC App or type in BGC-NS.

If you have an Android device, click here to download the new BGC App.

Username and Password

Your username is your membership number i.e. 5050

Your password is your surname in lower case i.e. kuehner.

Tip: If you wish to change your password, please click on the forgot password link on the login screen.

Membership Card Feature

The membership card feature is now working. As a result you can now use your fob or the membership card within the new BGC App when making a purchase.

Me&U

Please be advised that our me&u service will be discontinued. We will look to re-launch this product with the Northstar version in the coming weeks.
