Final Pennant Match and End of Season Celebratory Lunch – All Welcome

We are very excited to announce The Brisbane Golf Club has won the 2024 BDGA Div 1 Pennant. This is the Club’s third title in a row and the fifth over the past six seasons played.

This Sunday, the Club will play the final round of the 2024 season against Indooroopilly Golf Club and we would like to encourage as many members as possible to come out and support the team.

This year’s pennant team has represented the Club in an impressive manner and in the first five rounds they have had four wins and one draw. This Sunday they will be looking to go undefeated for the season. Our Juniors will also be playing to win their individual pennant, an honour the Opens have already wrapped up this season.

I would like to encourage members to support our team this Sunday and enjoy the excitement of the final round. Following the matches all members are welcome to attend an end of season celebratory lunch in the Tennyson Room/Member’s Lounge.

Lunch and selected drinks will be provided complimentary. Please RSVP to our CEO, Geoff Kuehner via geoff@brisbanegolfclub.com.au before 5pm on Thursday, 15 August 2024.

Matches will commence from 7am from Hole 1 (Opens) and Hole 12 (Masters followed by the Juniors).

While we encourage member support during the matches, please be respectful of players, both from BGC and IGC.
