Member’s Lounge Open Daily for Lunch Service with Gillian Hirst

We’re pleased to share that lunch with Gillian Hirst continues to be available seven days a week in the Member’s Lounge at The Brisbane Golf Club, served daily from 11am to 2.30pm.

Over 100 members have enjoyed lunch over the past few months.

Whether you’re catching up with friends, entertaining guests, or celebrating a special occasion, the Member’s Lounge offers a relaxed and elegant setting to enjoy a memorable meal, particularly as we head into the festive season.

The menu has been designed by our Executive Chef, Gillian Hirst, whose career spans over 30 years at the forefront of Australian hospitality. Her achievements include multiple Gourmet Traveller and Good Food Guide awards, along with seven American Express Gold Plate Awards.

In addition to the main menu, members can look forward to a rotating selection of daily specials, with up to four additional dishes on offer. Full table service ensures a seamless experience, and the view over the 18th green is the perfect backdrop for birthdays, intimate lunches, or casual catch-ups.
