Nine & Dine: A Spanish Night with Gillian Hirst – Tapas, Paella & Wine

Join us for a vibrant evening of food, fun, and fairways at our next Nine & Dine: A Spanish Night with Gillian Hirst. After a relaxing nine holes of golf, settle in for a delicious Spanish-inspired feast. Gillian Hirst has created a lively, flavour-packed menu featuring shared tapas like assorted gildas, manchego with quince, and Olasagasti anchovies. Then enjoy paella served straight from the pan and choose between rich seafood or smoky chorizo and chicken.

Finish the night with a silky Catalina cream and fresh berries. It’s a celebration of bold flavours, great company, and a dash of Spanish flair. Don’t miss it!

PRICE: Dinner and Golf $70 for Members or $80 for Non Members | Dinner only is $65 for Members and $75 for Non Members.

BOOKINGS: Pre-paid bookings are essential. Two timesheets are open. One for golf and one for dinner. If you are playing golf and having dinner you need to add your name to each of the timesheets.
