Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The 129th Annual General Meeting of The Brisbane Golf Club will be held in the Tennyson Room of the Clubhouse, commencing at 6.00pm on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.
Agenda
1. Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements.
2. Election of the Auditor.
3. Consideration of any other business properly brought before the meeting.
4. Declaration of the election of the Office-Bearers and Board General Directors.
Explanation
The Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements is available by clicking on the link below. A printed copy will be available at the AGM and some hard copies will be available following the meeting from the Club’s Office.
Motions will be decided by Life Members, Full Members and Senior Members present on the night of the meeting.
All Members are invited to join the Board for light refreshments after the meeting in the Member’s Lounge.
