Green Resurfacing Program Update

We’re pleased to advise that the course will return to 18 holes on Monday, 12 January 2026. At that time holes 1 and 9 will return to play and the routing will be as follows with timesheets also reverting back to normal.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 21, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 11.

In the interim we will continue to play 16 holes using the current routing.

Holes 10, 17 and 18 are nearing completition and will continue to be monitored weekly. They are expected to come back into play before the end of January 2026 and before works commence on holes 14, 15 and 16. We will continue to play 18 holes until the GRP is completed.

From Monday, 5 January 2026 holes 11 and 12 will be played from forward tees. That will allow vehicles to be safely parked on hole 12 if required for The Brisbane International Tennis. Members attending the tennis will receive complimentary parking at Walker Street and are advised not to park in the Club car park, as the front gates are generally locked from 8pm.

The West Practice Green will reopen on Monday, 19 January 2026. On the same day, Atlas Golf Services will return to commence the Hole 1 Project and the resurfacing of holes 14, 15 and 16. Preliminary works on the Hole 1 Project, including the removal of trees near the Golf Shop, may commence earlier subject to arborist availability.

The Hole 1 Project work site will be fenced off and designated as a No Play Zone. During the construction period, hole 1 will be played from a temporary tee located near the top of the hill.

Please note the back tees will remain in place and the two hitting nets shown have not been funded at this time. Our online ordering app will no longer be required and Sunday, 11 January 2026 will be the last day it will be in use.
