Join the Excitement – 2026 US Masters’ Calcutta Sweep & Lunch – Two Weeks Remaining
The 2026 US Masters’ Calcutta Sweep has just two weeks to run.
This year’s Calcutta Sweep on the US Masters in the second week of April 2026 promises to be an engaging and exciting way to enjoy the Masters while supporting the important work of the Foundation.
For those unfamiliar, the Calcutta Sweep is a unique and entertaining format that combines a raffle with an auction:
- Raffle Tickets – Purchase tickets for the chance to be drawn as the Initial Owner of a group of 4 to 5 Masters players. Initial owners share in the auction proceeds for their drawn Player Group.
- Auction – Bid for Player Groups at the Calcutta Lunch, with the highest bidder becoming the Ultimate Owner and a chance of sharing in the Prize Pool.
Last year’s Prize Pool exceeded $18,000, with the winning syndicate receiving over $11,000. With enhancements to this year’s structure, we are expecting the 2026 Prize Pool will be even greater.
Raffle tickets are available in bundles:
- 2 for $50
- 5 for $100
- 11 for $200
- 30 for $500
Tickets may be purchased by emailing foundation@brisbanegolfclub.com.au or in person through the Golf Shop and other spots around the Club and purchases can be conveniently charged to your Club account. Tickets are limited so I encourage you to secure yours now with just two weeks remaining.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of the Calcutta is the opportunity to form syndicates. Why not team up with your regular playing group, friends or family? Not only does this enhance the fun, but it also increases your involvement in both the ticket draw and the auction.
