What that means is that restrictions relating to shared equipment have been removed.<\/p>\n<p>For us this means that effective from Saturday, 1 May 2021\u00a0pins will again be able to be removed (allowing us to remove the\u00a0pool noodles), ball washers will be reinstalled\u00a0and bunker rakes will be returned with\u00a0normal rules of golf to\u00a0apply.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore the process for recording nearest to the pins will revert back to normal\u00a0and a maximum of two motorised carts per group will again be enforced, unless a medical exemption can be provided.<\/p>\n<p>As per our previous email from\u00a0this date, you will also be required to register your attendance electronically by using the Check in Qld App, if your name is\u00a0not on the timesheet.<\/p>\n<p>Please be advised that while restrictions on outdoor sport have been lifted, restrictions on hospitality continue to remain in force.<\/p>\n<p>Once again Members are reminded of the following to prevent the spread of COVID-19.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay home if you are sick<\/li>\n<li>If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, get tested<\/li>\n<li>Stay 1.5 metres away from other people\u2014think two big steps<\/li>\n<li>Wash your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitiser regularly<\/li>\n<li>Leave a location if it is crowded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If you have additional information or have questions please don&#8217;t hesitate to contact me via geoff@brisbanegolfclub.com.au or on 0411 412 666.<\/p>\n<p>Kind regards<\/p>\n<p>Geoff Kuehner,\u00a0<strong>CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Club has been advised by Golf Australia\u00a0that outdoor sports no longer need to follow a COVID safe plan for that aspect of our operations.
