{"id":21459,"date":"2021-12-02T12:34:51","date_gmt":"2021-12-02T02:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brisbane.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=21459"},"modified":"2023-08-21T19:08:47","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T09:08:47","slug":"2021-annual-report-and-notice-of-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brisbane.miclub.com.au\/cms\/2021\/12\/2021-annual-report-and-notice-of-agm\/","title":{"rendered":"2021\u00a0Annual Report and Notice of AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Notice of Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 11 December 2021 at 6:00pm in the Tennyson Room of the Clubhouse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The One Hundred and Twenty Fifth\u00a0Annual General Meeting of The\u00a0Brisbane Golf Club will be held at the Clubhouse, Yeerongpilly on Saturday, 11\u00a0December 2021\u00a0at 6:00pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The election of the Auditor.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To declare the Office-Bearers and Committeepersons for the ensuing year.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the attached motions.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Considering any other business properly brought before the meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explanation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements is available to be downloaded by clicking the button below.
