Since 2013, The Brisbane Golf Club has successfully implemented its Winter Loan Notes\u00a0and will do so again this year.<\/p>\n

Winter Loan Notes allow The Brisbane Golf Club to reduce its interest expense and for participating Members provides an opportunity to gain a better than market return on their cash investments.<\/p>\n

We are again inviting Members, who qualify as sophisticated investors, to subscribe to our Winter Loan Notes, a loan with interest payable at maturity.<\/p>\n

Winter Loan Notes in 2022 will provide a fixed interest rate of 1.25% p.a. for investments from $25,000 to $95,000, 1.75% p.a. for investments of $100,000 to $195,000 or 2.0% p.a. for investments of $200,000 or greater.<\/p>\n

Winter Loan Notes will mature on Friday, 30 September 2022. Interest will accrue each day from the date clear funds are received by The Brisbane Golf Club until maturity.<\/p>\n
