{"id":22483,"date":"2022-12-01T13:11:44","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T03:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brisbane.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=22483"},"modified":"2023-08-21T19:08:44","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T09:08:44","slug":"2022-annual-report-and-notice-of-agm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brisbane.miclub.com.au\/cms\/2022\/12\/2022-annual-report-and-notice-of-agm\/","title":{"rendered":"2022 Annual Report and Notice of AGM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Notice of Annual General Meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday, 10 December 2022 at 6:00pm in the Tennyson Room of the Clubhouse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The One Hundred and Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of The\u00a0Brisbane Golf Club will be held at the Clubhouse, Yeerongpilly on Saturday, 10 December 2022 at 6:00pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The election of the Auditor.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To declare the Office-Bearers and Committeepersons for the ensuing year.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the below motion.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Considering any other business properly brought before the meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Explanation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements is available by clicking on the link below.
