{"id":22798,"date":"2023-04-16T10:07:02","date_gmt":"2023-04-16T00:07:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brisbane.miclub.com.au\/cms\/?p=22798"},"modified":"2023-08-21T19:08:43","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T09:08:43","slug":"extraordinary-general-meeting-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brisbane.miclub.com.au\/cms\/2023\/04\/extraordinary-general-meeting-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Extraordinary General Meeting Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As previously advised an Extraordinary General Meeting, called at the direction of the Committee, was held in the Clubhouse of The Brisbane Golf Club at 5.30pm on Saturday, 15 April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Committee proposed that the following motion be passed.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0That the Club grant\u00a0an Easement in Lot 1 on RP 37700, in Lot 2 on RP 37700 and in Lot 5 on RP 37701 to Central SEQ\u00a0Distributor-Retailer Authority ABN 86 673 835 011 in the form provided with the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting of 15 April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The motion presented required a 75% majority to pass. There were 62 voting Members in attendance with 62 votes for and 0 votes against.
