Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements.<br \/>\n2. Election of the Auditor.<br \/>\n3. Consideration of Motion 1.<br \/>\n4. Consideration of any other business properly brought before the meeting:<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 The current condition of and future direction for the Club\u2019s greens.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe President and the Course Superintendent will discuss this important matter.<br \/>\n5. Declaration of the election of the Office-Bearers and Committee General Members.<\/p>\n<p>The Annual Report including the Audited Financial Statements is available by clicking on the link below. A printed copy will be available at the AGM and some hard copies will be available following the meeting from the Club\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Motions will be decided by Life Members, Full Members and Senior Members present on the night of the meeting.
