With little to no rain in the past 24 hours we have seen the water subside from the course which has allowed our course staff to complete a full day’s work.<\/p>\n

Here is an update on the current situation:<\/p>\n

West, East Greens and The Range<\/strong><\/p>\n

The West and East Practice Greens as well as The Range will open on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. Range balls will be available from collection from the Golf Shop.<\/p>\n

Course Re-opening<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are working towards opening the course again, with motorised carts, on Friday, 14 March 2025, however, this will be confimed on Thursday, 13 March 2025 at 10.00am.<\/p>\n

Timesheets<\/strong><\/p>\n

A new timesheet will be opened at 5.00pm this afternoon for Friday, 14 March 2025. Existing timesheets will remain in place for Saturday, 15 March 2025 and beyond.<\/p>\n

Golf Lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n

Golf lessons can be booked again from Wednesday, 12 March 2025.<\/p>\n

Power Outage<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Clubhouse and Golf Shop continue to be without power. Energex have advised that their estimated fix time is 9.00pm on Wednesday, 12 March 2025. The Clubhouse is \u00a0closed and the Golf Shop is open with limited services.<\/p>\n

Club App<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Club App is offline at present and will be available again when power is restored to the Clubhouse. The app requires the Club’s servers to be online. Bookings can be made via the Club’s website.<\/p>\n

Telephones<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Club’s telephones are also offline and these will not be operational again until the power is restored to the Clubhouse.<\/p>\n

Volunteers Needed<\/strong><\/p>\n

A big thank you to everyone who are volunteers for Wednesday, 12 March 2025. There are still a few places left if you are able to assist. You can sign up by clicking here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Putting Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our putting competition will proceed as planned on Friday, 14 March 2025 commencing at 4.30pm. Our Executive Chef, Gilliam Hirst, will be preparing two delicious paellas for members to enjoy during the event. If you would like to attend, add your name to the waitlist. Members are also welcome to come and watch.<\/p>\n

Swing and Putting Studio<\/strong><\/p>\n

While the course remains closed, members are invited to book the Swing and Putting Studio and enjoy playing one of the many iconic courses available on Trackman. Whether playing solo or with a partner, you will have ample time to complete 18 holes on your own or 9 holes each with a partner. This service will be provided at no cost to members on Thursday, 13 March 2025. Please note that both players need to play righthanded or both play lefthanded. You can make a booking by clicking here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
