We are pleased to announce a restructure of our hospitality team as part of our continued commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall member and guest experience at The Brisbane Golf Club.<\/p>\n

Gillian Hirst\u00a0continues in her role as\u00a0Executive Chef\u00a0and remains a key leader in our hospitality team. Gillian has already hosted several well-received\u00a0Club dinners, updated our\u00a0event and wedding packages, and recently launched a new\u00a0bar menu, available\u00a0seven days a week, which we encourage all members to enjoy.<\/p>\n

We are delighted to confirm the appointment of\u00a0Kassie Tang\u00a0as\u00a0Front of House Manager. Kassie has been with the Club for almost 12 months and has now accepted a full-time role. She will be focusing on the day-to-day operations and, most importantly, improving the member experience.<\/p>\n

Freya Gall\u00a0is now working closely with myself and Gillian in the area of\u00a0events and weddings. Freya joined BGC in January 2023, with a brief period away gaining further hospitality experience in Whistler, Canada. We\u2019re excited to have her back and actively contributing to the Club\u2019s growing events offering. We are also very fortunate to continue to have\u00a0Matt Tanner, who has been part of the BGC team since 2016, providing valuable support to both Kassie and Freya.<\/p>\n

Peter Collins\u00a0continues to oversee our\u00a0corporate golf days, maintaining the high standard expected of these important Club events.<\/p>\n

We are confident that these appointments will strengthen our hospitality operations and ensure the Club continues to offer an outstanding experience for all Members and guests.<\/p>\n
