2026 Women’s Club Championships and Senior Salver
Conditions of Play
The qualifying rounds for the 2026 Women’s Club Championships and Senior Salver will be conducted during the week commencing Saturday, 23 May 2026.
Championship Format
The Women’s Club Championship will consist of two gross stroke qualifying rounds, followed by matchplay. With the following as qualifiers.
- A Grade – 16 qualifiers
- Top 8 qualify for the A Grade Championship
- Next 8 qualify for the A Grade Plate
- B Grade – 8 qualifiers
- C Grade – 8 qualifiers
Match Play
Match play rounds will be played on Sundays as follows:
- A Grade Club Championship
- Quarter-finals & Semi-finals: 18 holes
- Final: 36 holes
- Extra holes to be played if the match is all square at completion of regulation holes (at direction of Match Committee)
- A Grade Plate, B Grade, C Grade & Senior Salver
- Quarter-finals, Semi-finals & Finals: 18 holes
- Extra holes to be played if the match is all square after 18 holes (at direction of Match Committee)
Qualifying Rounds – Playing Options
6 Day Members
Qualifying Tuesday 26 May 2025 and Thursday 28 May 2026.
7 Day Members
There are two options for each qualifying round. Players may only play one option per round. You cannot play 2 rounds and select your best round.
First Qualifying Round

- Option 1b: Tuesday, 26 May 2026
Second Qualifying Round
- Option 2a: Thursday, 28 May 2026

Grades
A member’s daily/playing handicap as at the first qualifying round will determine the grade in which they qualify:
- A Grade: + to 21
- B Grade: 22 to 29
- C Grade: 30 to 45
Conditions of Play
- Play during qualifying rounds will be in groups of four
- All ties in qualifying will be decided by countback
- Motorised carts are not permitted for players wishing to qualify for the A Grade Club Championship, unless a valid medical certificate is provided
- All matches must be played on the scheduled day and time
- Draws will be available on Tuesday, 2 June 2026
Timesheets
- Timesheets for all qualifying rounds will open at 6pm on Monday, 4 May 2026 for women members competing in the Championships and Senior Salver
- Morning fields on Tuesday and Thursday will be designated Women-only
- Timesheets will open to all members 8 days prior to each
Match Play Dates
Match play will be conducted in pairs, commencing at 7:00am, and played in conjunction with the Men’s Club Championships:
Championship A grade top 8 qualifiers
- Quarter-finals and semi-finals Sunday 21 June
- Finals: Sunday, 28 June 2026
A grade plate, B grade, C grade
- Quarter-finals: Sunday, 14 June 2026
- Semi-finals: Sunday, 21 June 2026
- Finals: Sunday, 28 June 2026
2026 Senior Salver
All women who are 65 years of age or over on the day of the first qualifying round are eligible to compete in the Senior Salver.
The Senior Salver will comprise two rounds of nett stroke play to qualify. The qualification rounds are as listed for the Championship. Following qualification, the competition will be conducted in handicap matchplay format, with quarterfinals, semi-finals, and the final played on the same days as the Championships.

- Semi-finals: Sunday, 21 June 2026
- Finals: Sunday, 28 June 2026
